How the seal appears on your certificates
The GCTSC seal signals that a specific program, or, at Provider Partner and Elite Partner level, an entire provider, has been independently reviewed against the GCTSC Standards Framework and found to meet it. It is not a personal credential for any individual learner.
Seal usage guidelines
- Your logo and program details remain the primary branding on the certificate. The GCTSC seal sits alongside it, not in place of it.
- The seal must link to or reference a live verification page confirming the program’s current accreditation status.
- The seal may only appear on certificates for the specific program(s) it was awarded to, unless you hold Provider Partner or Elite Partner status, which grants provider-wide use.
- The seal must be used unaltered: no distorting resize, no recoloring, no placement implying GCTSC trained, tested, or personally evaluated the learner.
- Seal use must stop immediately if accreditation lapses or is revoked.
Certificate co-branding
Accredited providers may place the seal on certificates issued to learners who complete an accredited program, alongside their own logo, the same way an accredited coach training school places an accrediting body's mark next to its own on a graduate's certificate.
Suggested layout (reference, not a rule): your logo and organization name at the top; learner name, program title, and completion date centred; the GCTSC seal with a verification link or QR code in the bottom corner, clearly distinguishable from your own branding.
Digital verification
Each accredited program is assigned a unique verification URL, and optionally a QR code, that resolves to a live page confirming current accreditation status, the program name, and the accrediting date. Include it on both digital and print certificates.
Marketing & website usage
Provider Partner and Elite Partner members may use the seal in general marketing, website, brochures, social media, subject to the same non-alteration and accuracy rules that apply to certificates. Program Accredited members may use the seal only in direct connection with the specific accredited program.
Misuse & revocation
Using the seal on a non-accredited program, altering it, or implying GCTSC involvement in training or testing that didn't happen is grounds for immediate revocation. GCTSC may also require corrective action, public correction, removal of materials, depending on severity.
