What payment methods do you accept?
To be confirmed once the payment processor is selected.
Is the review fee refundable if my program isn’t accredited?
No. The fee covers the cost of conducting the review, not a guaranteed outcome.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your accreditation status moves to Expired and seal usage rights are suspended until renewal is completed.
Can I upgrade tiers mid-year?
Policy to be confirmed , e.g. yes, prorated, effective immediately.
